Apt Resources is a leading Recruitment company whose prestigious client a 5-star hotel is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic GRESM - Female Guest Relations and Events sales manager. In this role, you will work closely with their guests to ensure all of their needs are met and plan and execute exciting events to keep them engaged during their stay. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the outlet's revenue
- Network with High profile/wealthy customers to encourage them to use the venue for their events
- Manage Guests Relationships and Database on a day-to-day basis
- Prepare and present proposals ensuring the contracts meet the guest's needs and are consistent with the hotel's policies and procedures
- Attend and represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows to promote sales and networking opportunities
- Ensure complete identification of all potential prospects and solicitation of new business
- Develop relationships with key clients and maintain regular communication to ensure continued business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or guest relations role in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast and analyze sales trends
- Proven ability in negotiation and decision-making skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends when necessary
- Native Arabic speaker
