Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials and related products sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Lead sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze business trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the building materials industry and related products
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development in the building materials industry and related industries
- Must have experience in Marketing and PR related experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
