Apt Resources, a leading recruitment company is looking for a GM to head an international trade and development company representing a well known international brand of air-conditioners for commercial use. We are seeking a friendly and dynamic GCC/Qatar experienced General Manager for their industrial/commercial air conditioning distribution division.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the distribution division. This includes managing a team, developing strategies to expand market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for monitoring industry trends, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with key stakeholders, such as suppliers and clients, to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience in managing a distribution company, preferably in the industrial or commercial air conditioning industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving business objectives
- Knowledge of international trade and development practices
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
