Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Welding Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and service of welding machines and applications.
- The ideal candidate should be an independent contributor with a strong background in welding machines and applications. The ideal candidate should possess extensive hands-on experience in this field, making them well-equipped to tackle service and maintenance tasks effectively.
- Dealership or OEM Background:must have five years or more of valuable experience in the dealership or OEM sector, specifically in welding machines and accessories.( Ideal Companies : Miller Electric, Lincoln Electric, Esab etc.)
- Proficiency in Electrical Schematics: The candidate must be able to read and comprehend electrical schematics. This skill is a fundamental requirement for success in this role.
- Contribute to the attainment of monthly Service and Parts targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification in Welding Technology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding operations within the oil and gas industry.
- In-depth knowledge of various welding techniques and processes, such as TIG, MIG, and ARC welding.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
