Job Description:
As the Foreman -Property Management , you will take on a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining our diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties in Qatar. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and maintain commercial and residential properties to ensure they are well-maintained and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collect and adjust rent, process payrolls, and prepare financial statements to ensure the smooth financial operations of the properties.
- Find and retain tenants, handle leasing, move-outs, and evictions while providing excellent customer service to our tenants.
- Develop and manage budgets, prepare reports, and ensure financial transparency for property owners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless property management.
- Prepare reports for the Property Manager, detailing property performance and other relevant data.Follow up on payments and invoices to maintain accurate financial records.
- Oversee property maintenance, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in property management in Qatar with a reputable property management company.
- A valid Qatar driving license.
- Strong knowledge of local property regulations and laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
