Apt Resources is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Famp;B Director for a prestigious five-star hotel. As the Famp;B Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the hotel, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction. • Develop and implement the overall food and beverage strategy for the hotel
• Manage the operational and financial performance of the Famp;B department
• Lead and motivate a team of managers and staff to deliver exceptional service
• Oversee the planning and execution of all Famp;B events and functions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and overall hotel experience
• Monitor and analyze Famp;B trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field
• Proven track record of success in managing multiple Famp;B outlets
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Prior experience in a five-star hotel or luxury resort
• Existing Director of Famp;B in a large-scale/multi-outlet operation.
• Experience in handling franchise relationships.
• Must have Middle East experience.
• Must have stand-alone experience with a known operator/brand and understand concepts and strategies of similar competitors (e.g. Zuma, Billionaire, LPM, etc.).
• Must have beach operation experience.
• Arab/European speaker
• Must have Qatar experience.
