Welcome to Apt Resources! As a key player in the recruitment industry, we are looking for a highly experienced and motivated General Manager for our client's Industrial Equipment company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee all aspects of the company's operations, working closely with the senior management team to drive strategic initiatives and achieve exceptional business results.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and administration
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting
• Drive sales and revenue growth through effective business development strategies
• Implement and maintain effective operational processes and systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a senior management role within the Industrial Equipment industry
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and growing a business
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Flexibility to travel as required

Benefits

Total Salary Package: 35000 - 40 QAR
