Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Company Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our management team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate company records, including meeting minutes, resolutions, and corporate documents.
Manage scheduling, correspondence, and communication for the executive team.
Coordinate and organize company meetings, including board meetings and staff meetings.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including filing necessary documents and reports.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Maintain and update company policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Female, aged 20-30.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
