DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for performing specific routine accounting operations, such as maintaining the books for firms, processing payroll, and completing other delegated tasks.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Supply administrative support to accountants by performing clerical tasks such as filing, handling mail, making phone calls, replying to emails and basic bookkeeping.
- Assist with preparation of financial and statistical statements and report.
- Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
