Job Description
We are looking for BIM Modelers for the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines to work with us in our Lahore office. The responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities:
BIM Model Authoring based on the mark-ups provided by engineers / Coordinators.
Incorporating the approved 2D drawings into the BIM Models.
Knowledge of COBie 2.4 spreadsheet.
Clash Detection and Resolution based on the client's provided Matrix.
Reviewing / QA/QC based on checklist on the completed works and submission.
Must have excellent technical skills and proficiency in Revit and Navisworks software,
Should possess excellent communication skills,
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Should have at least a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical.
Should have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in the same field.
Preferred who are available to join immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
