Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Oversee the procurement process from requisition to purchase order issuance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with organizational objectives.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports, forecasts, and budgets.

Requirements & Skills

- 7+ years of experience in procurement management, preferably within the accounting or construction sectors.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends for strategic decision-making.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
