We are seeking a skilled Fiberglass Mold Technician to join our team in Doha.

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and repair fiberglass molds for boat production.
- Ensure quality control and precision in mold creation.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet project timelines.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and molds.
- Follow safety regulations and uphold factory standards in all aspects of work.

Requirements & Skills

- Minimum of 3 years experience in fiberglass mold fabrication.
- Proficiency in working with fiberglass materials and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication and time management skills.
