Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and corporate clients.
Explain course details, program benefits, and institute offerings in a clear and convincing manner.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into successful registrations.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve advertising performance and lead quality.
Build strong relationships with prospective learners and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Participate in events, workshops, and promotional activities when required.
Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Requirements & Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent fluency in English (spoken & written).
Strong convincing and communication skills over the phone.
Previous experience in sales, tele-sales, or education sector preferred.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
