Principal Full-Stack Architect

We are building a next-generation global e-commerce platform engineered for millions of users, high performance, automation, AI-powered features, and international scalability.

We are NOT hiring a typical “Senior Developer.”
We are hiring a TOP 0.1% Principal Full-Stack Architect capable of building, architecting, scaling, and owning the entire platform end-to-end — frontend, backend, infrastructure, AI, and distributed systems.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

1. Full-Stack Engineering
• Build high-performance UIs using React / Next.js / TypeScript
• Own backend architecture using Node.js / NestJS
• Build admin dashboards, analytics tools, and internal systems
• Implement multi-language, multi-currency, global-ready interfaces

2. Backend Architecture
• Design a custom e-commerce engine from scratch
• Build microservices, APIs, event-driven flows, and service orchestration
• Implement product, order, cart, checkout, pricing, catalog, and user systems
• Ensure secure authentication, authorization, RBAC, and data protection

3. Distributed Systems
• Design systems that run across multiple servers and regions
• Implement fault-tolerant, resilient, self-healing services
• Build architectures capable of handling massive scale and global traffic

4. High Scalability
• Architect platforms that support tens of thousands of concurrent users
• Use load balancing, horizontal scaling, queues, caching, and sharding
• Build systems ready for rapid global expansion

5. Low-Latency Architecture
• Optimize systems for sub-second API responses
• Build real-time features and fast product/catalog loading
• Use edge computing, CDN strategies, and advanced caching

6. DevOps & Cloud
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP)
• Build CI/CD pipelines, Dockerized services, monitoring & observability
• Ensure uptime, reliability, zero-downtime deployments

7. AI Engineering
• Integrate OpenAI/LLMs for translation, recommendations, tagging, search
• Build AI-powered automations and intelligent data workflows
• Work with embeddings, vector search, and content generation pipelines

8. Systems Engineering
• Drive the entire engineering lifecycle: architecture → development → testing → deployment → scaling
• Make high-level technical decisions
• Maintain clean code, documentation, and production-grade quality
• Take full technical ownership of the platform

REQUIREMENTS
• 6+ years of real production experience
• Expert in Node.js, NestJS, React, Next.js, TypeScript
• Deep experience in distributed systems & high-scalability
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL + Redis
• Experience with queues: Kafka / SQS / RabbitMQ
• Cloud & DevOps mastery (AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring)
• AI integration experience (OpenAI/LLMs/vector DBs)
• Strong security engineering background
• Ability to build entire systems independently
• Excellent English communication

• Experience designing autonomous, self-healing infrastructure
• Real-time systems (WebSockets, live events)
• Search engines, indexing, vector embeddings
• Leading small teams or mentoring juniors
