We are currently seeking a Smart, Energetic Receptionist / Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team remotely. The ideal candidate should have experience in both reception and digital marketing within the accounting industry.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing phone calls and inquiries.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the reception area.
- Implement digital marketing strategies to boost online presence, including SEO, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for our website and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the team for effective communication and project support.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and marketing analytics.
- Support administrative tasks related to accounting and client management.
