Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EBS Techno-Functional resource with exceptional skills in all aspects of EBS systems.
Experience primarily focused in one or more main Oracle EBS applications, especially HR and payroll, may be considered depending on the skills of the applicant. This position is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and other aspects of the development in EBS Also the candidate would work closely with the accounting and finance users.
This is a highly techno-functional position and requires a thorough knowledge of working and developing. .
Job Specification
· Excellent functional knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite with specialist knowledge in Financials, Human Resources and Payroll.
· A least 2 end-to-end Finance and/or HR/Payroll implementations suite implementations.
· Experience in the implementation of one or more of the following modules:
o General Ledger
o Receivables
o Payables
o Cash Management
o Order Management
o Self Service Human Resources
o iRecruitmento Learning Management
o Advanced Benefits
o Performance Management
o Compensation Workbench
o Succession Planning
o HR Analytics
· Broad knowledge of Oracle EBS Technology implementation.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong planning skills and follow through execution.
· Confident meeting facilitator and effective workshop facilitation.
· Commitment to be part of the team, and to support others in making the wider team a success.
· Knowledge of Payroll Fast Formula
· Experience of other Oracle Modules in the e-business Suite e.g. Financials
· Knowledge of technical tools e.g. B.I Publisher, OBIEE, PL/SQL etc
