Job Description
The Business analyst is responsible for gathering and analysing requirements and facilitate user acceptance testing for IT project from Business users’ departments to ensure that functional requirements has been implemented completely.
• Prepares draft, reviews and develops business requirements specifications.
• Analyzes business requirements.
• Liaises with business users to study the existing processes and systems, analyze the requirements and propose new improvements.
• Presents requirements in a form which can be used by the developers to implement the functionality.
• Reviews requirements artifacts and test cases developed by the team.
• Prepares reports using various statistical methods and present to business users and IT Management.
• Prepares and develop test cases for UAT.
• Performs other duties and functions deemed necessary by the company for the purpose of the company’s projects, services and solutions, in line with his qualifications and experience.
Job Specification
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or the equivalent is a must.
Experience: 5+ years’ experience with analyzing software requirements and leading a team.
Professional Training: ITIL, Oracle, SharePoint, ERP
• Proficient in modeling and mapping business process software.
• Well versed in various SDLC Phases
• Good analytical and process skills
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent MS Excel and Power Point Skills.
• Technical writing skills
