Applications Manager
AAJ Technologies, Qatar

Act as de manager for application maintenance team which includes project managers and developers;
Be the sponsor for large complex projects with direct accountability to Executive Management;
Develop and maintain business relationships with local Divisions with respect to the ERP-related Business processes (Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, Controlling, Purchasing and Inventory management, etc.);
Implement methodologies regarding business process re-engineering to resolve business issues and opportunities;
Ensure scope, cost, schedule and contractual deliverables. Also responsible for applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control and risk management;

Bachelors degree on computer sciences or equal.
At least 10 years experience in projects directly involved in designing and implementing JD Edwards solutions across all phases of the project lifecycle (from project prep through go live and hypercare).
At least 3 full-lifecycle implementation.
Experience in managing large teams, including being responsible for project staffing and performance evaluations of team leads.
Work experience within a business process (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing).
Able to work on a multicultural environment. Excellent English skill (Written and Oral).
Relocation to Qatar is Must.
