Dear Sir,
We have an urgent requirements for ;
1.3. Sr. Mechanical Quantity Surveyor
 Mechanical Engineering Graduate
 Reports to the Contracts Manager or Deputy Project Director
 Review and familiarize with bid plans and technical specifications in order to know the scope of work
 Prepare material estimates based on clients given bid drawings and technical specifications and determine the required installation man-hour for estimated materials using company's engineering parameters and international norms and standard
 Prepare Material cost request
 Prepare the construction schedule based on the estimated total installation man hours.
 Attend pre-bid conferences and technical clarification meetings.
Minimum 10 years of experience.
5 years at leat in a mangerial position
Very good english .
Ability to communicate with different nationalities .
