The incumbent will be responsible to carry out Job Analysis Functions including interviewing job holders, researching, quality assuring, and preparing Job Descriptions; Evaluating jobs using the Hey Methodology System, bench marking, Mapping and Grading; conducting research, surveys and studies, Confidentiality is an essential aspect of this role as is the behaviour of uncompromised employee satisfaction and the ability to work under pressure.
