 To understand scope of works, contract drawings  Ability to understand Contractual requirements and act accordingly  To plan work schedule  Budget planning and implementation of work program as per Project requirements and meet completion dates  Knowledge of Primavera software, MS Project is a must  Ability to asses, guide manpower, machineries and material requirements  To prepare and submit progress reports to Management, Client and advise improvements timely if required  To monitor efficiency and output of men & machineries on Projects  Knowledge to deal independently with Consultants, Clients and other departments to obtain necessary work permits  Must have extensive knowledge of safety and QA/QC requirements  Well aware of financial requirements such as submission / follow-up of invoices, cost analysis, payments to Suppliers and Subcontractors  Knowledge of procurement (local & international) and negotiation with Suppliers is added advantage  Testing, commissioning and handing over of the Project is prime responsibility of Project Manager
