What's On Your Plate?
- Work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager, Verticals Marketing, and Brand teams to develop marketing campaigns that deliver on Qatarβs growth targets
- Build and execute 360 degree integrated and CRM campaigns to drive performance objectives (acquisitions and reorders)
- Make data-driven decisions to design campaigns, choose the right channel mix strategy and the right target audience to achieve the campaign objectives
- Support on the development and lead on the execution of end-to-end growth campaigns
- Ensure proper campaign go-to-market with a focus on measurement and reporting; tracking campaign results on a daily basis to control budget spending and enhance performance
- Work closely with the Product team to utilize best-practices for app and web platforms to continuously enhance conversion rates across the funnel
- Ability to understand the ROI and effectiveness of each campaign and tactics used, and using these learning for future campaigns
- Understand customer behavior through analysis, on-ground feedback from customers and sales to develop actionable insights
