JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure high level of after sales service is provided to the AVR Rental lease fleet. Ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing of the brand image to meet and exceed set standards. To ensure compliance with regulations, procedures and documentation so that every customer transaction and vehicle movement is accurately accounted. To ensure exploitation of fleet saving opportunities and thereby maximising of rental revenue. To focus on improvement and expanding this division maintaining the highest standards operated in Qatar.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensure that the drivers pass the AVR checklist prior to handover to the client for new and existing vehicles.
Ensure all vehicles are serviced within the due service intervals, maintaining minimum downtime and ensuring no vehicle goes pass service due time. Maintain services within the following timeframe
Ensure all maintenance, repairs and accidents (work orders) are uploaded on car-pro on a timely basis.
Maintain AVR vehicles to be back on the road within the require turnaround times
Record all accidents in the accidents file, co-ordinating with the fleet and operations teams at the approved workshops for quotations and repairs & QIC.
Responsibility for the content of the Fleet Operations Report and the daily/weekly OOS reports
For all quotations and costs involved for maintenance, servicing, accidents and repairs. Look at savings where possible for AVR taking into accounts Parts purchased from manufacturers at discount prices for AVR.
Maintain costs control over maintenance over the average costs
Ensure all vehicles are repaired to the expected standards. Carrying out regular inspections.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Graduate and Management Diploma/ Degree
Minimum Experience: 5 years’ experience in the technical industry / people management
Job-Specific Skills : MS-Office, working knowledge of SAP and Carpro are a must.
