JOB PURPOSE:
The job holder must ensure that all the Finance Related tasks are promptly and accurately recorded. Liaising with AFSS, APSSC, Revenue / Collection team and Treasury team in Dubai to make sure smooth functions of all finance related tasks. Job holder will be the focal point of contact with all shared service services based in Dubai. Coordinate with AVR procurement, Operations, Rental and Collection team on a routine basis. Supervising Collections and Invoicing functions. Involving Annual Budget & Forecast preparation. Updating Vehicle pricing and preparation of Lease calculators for lease and rental pricing.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Debtors Ageing (Lease & Rental)
Review Debtors ageing on a weekly basis.
Review write-off reasons and seek approvals through GIAMS.
Review Credit notes seeks approval
Lease Pricing and Quotation
Lease Quotation preparation
Update latest Motor vehicle model pricing
AFSS Role
Liaising on Month and Year end process
Pre-Flash submission
APSSC Role
Vendor Management – Payment and Invoice
Liaising with Vendors on SOA and invoice queries.
Liaising with APSSC on payment follow up
ICM payment follow up
Revenue & Collection Dubai role
Audit check on collection and deposit
Coordinating Dubai team on any queries.
AF Treasury role
Preparation of weekly cash flow.
Coordinating Dubai team on any queries.
ISO certification – QMS Audit role
Supervise QMS Audit
Job Specification
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Internationally recognized Accountancy Qualification – Qualified or Studying
Minimum Experience: 2 years Financial Accounting experience in the auto sector with SAP and Carpro
Job-Specific Skills: Excellent communication skills, planning and organisation. Strong analytical skills, strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
Internationally recognised accounting qualification
Ideally experienced in rental business or automotive business
Ideally experience with SAP and CarPro
