JOB PURPOSE:
As a sales support administrator your primary responsibilities will include, but are not restricted to:
β’ Ensuring that all documents are scanned and stored electronically
β’ Ensuring that all documents are filed and stored in alphabetical order
β’ Ensuring that the electronic storage files are kept in desired format
β’ Help to manage existing corporate and personal lease accounts
β’ Complete sales support daily, weekly & monthly tasks
β’ Prepare the contracts and the documents to the sales team
β’ Prepare the tenders and the paperwork for the sales team
β’ Open the new agreements and manage the extensions in Carpro
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensure that all relevant files to the agreement are stored in correct format electronically and hard copy.
Open and close agreement without delay and support in the sales team in achieving their targets through administrative works
Handle off hire of vehicles, maintain proper coordination with team and liase with customer to have a smooth process.
To be eligible for the role , you should meet below criteria:
Minimum Experience:
Over 2 years experience in an administration role
Experience working in the Automotive industry is desirable
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
β’ Strong English communication skills; reading, writing and speaking
β’ Excellent customer interaction skills
β’ Good understanding of using Microsoft Windows
β’ Arabic speaking is desirable
