Your Role International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for developing and operating market-leading end-to-end SCM Logistics processes (Plan, Source, Deliver, Return) with outstanding performance at competitive costs derived from product, solution and service business requirements in order to ensure competitive advantage.
- Pro-actively lead daily logistics operations (order management, forecasting & MRP planning, inventory & warehouse management, deliver and return) and develop and propose improvement measures in line with Logistics / Order Management KPI’s
- Communicate internally & externally for trouble shooting (customer first) and build a harmonized environment in all logistics department to achieve high-level operations to ensure high customer and internal stakeholders’ happiness
- Supporting Procurement Project Manager for negotiations, critical metrics reporting and budget achievement
- Continuously improve SCM processes, systems and tools embedded in the framework of divisional SCM improvement program (Inventory PTO/PTS, Lead Time, Deliver Reliability, Order Handling) driving and measuring the quality provided by Shared Services team in the relevant processes
- Continuously run 3PL interfaces, performance and spending for warehousing and transportation to strive for innovate solutions (e.g. new transport inbound concepts) and lean & efficient processes at optimized costs
- Logistic audit coordination including accurate recording and archiving of supply chain documents
- Supporting Division procurement and corporate SCM
- Ensure archive of shipping documents is done according to all requirements and company procedures
- Take care of freight forwarders whenever vital to arrange or modify collection details
- Supervise the shipments using forwarders’ information as well as by contacting customs related staff and provide feedback in a timely manner to customer service and planning team
- Be proactive on spotting delays as well as retrieving tracking information whenever requested
- Supervise all Open orders and maintain Open Purchase Order Status report which needs to be shared with Project Team ensuring project deliveries are met on time ensuring all Open Orders are checked to ensure timely Goods Receipt & Invoice Receipt
- Support freight cost analysis as well as analysis on forwarders’ performance such as on time collection, transport lead times whenever needed
- Support Certificate of Origin and Certificate of Analysis process as the need arises

Your Qualifications And Skills Digital And Solid!
- Experience looking after freight forwarders and export operations in Qatar market
- Good Supply Chain knowledge
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and Analytical Skills
- Ability to work under pressure, highly organized and results oriented
- Open Communication ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms, influence and engage across global, cross-functional groups
- Optimal Teammate with a customer focused mind-set
- Bias for Action - ability to work in fast pace while retaining strong attention to detail and making decisions
- Ability to drive and deliver new initiatives and process improvements
- The ideal candidate will have validated experience of working with an ERP system, preferably SAP
- Arabic language and Experience in Procurement area will be considered as valuable plus in selection process
