Post Press Operator

• This individually contributing role completes and finalizes the printed sheets into the required finish
• Responsible in ensuring that finishing process is performed completely in accordance to job orders specification
• Prepares request for consumables

• Set ups, operates, checks and maintains the machine

• Looks constantly for any problems that might occur while running the machine and make quick correction

• Monitors and adjust required setting to meet job requirement

• Controls quality in coordination with Line Supervisor

• Performs preventive maintenance by oiling and cleaning and making minor repair
• Works in fast paced production environment

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of college level or any formal apprenticeship programs in Printing Technology
• Must have minimum 5 years of working experience as Post Press Operator
• Must have knowledge on machines to make press adjustment and repairs whenever needed
• Basic Computer literacy to operate electronically controlled equipment
• Able to write and speak good English
• Must have a good vision and attention to detail to locate and fix problems with print jobs
• Knowledge on basic safety rules and procedure in working with and near machinery
