- Overview: This is the third level position in the service function and represents the most common entry point into a sales organization. Has experience in the field, and works independently on the tasks. Focus is on learning the internal process and combining technical knowledge with customer service skills to effectively manage activities for a department or division. Works under minimal supervision to acquire skills and knowledge. Seek opportunities to learn, gain experience and advance.
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects. ·
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications ·
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field ·
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status. ·
- Assign responsibilities and mentor project team. ·
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ·
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Requirements
Education amp; Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial).
- PMP Certification is a MUST.
- Good communication (Verbal amp; Written) amp; interpersonal skills.
- Well versed in MS Office and Internet.
- Valid Qatar Driving Licence.
- Must be bilingual with good communication skills in English amp; Arabic.
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.

Minimum 4-6 years of work experience in oil amp; gas domain is preferred.
