Managing organizational parts sales by developing business plans that covers sales & revenue
Generate/handle sales through Dealers/customers/fleet
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation and overseeing the activities and performance of sales team
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
Market information gathering and sharing to Management w.r.t. competitors activities, pricings, etc. for defining/re-defining strategies on pricing/campaigns/promotions
Managing parts sales to ensure to avoid stock obsolescence
Enhance as-is business and explore new avenues and achieve set revenue / sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
Handling and resolving institutional customers’ complaints
Enhance sale of vehicle accessories through new car showrooms and service workshops by designing tailor-made package pricings
To Optimize and improve Stock Turns and maintain optimum level of inventory
Ensure to Update & resolve PNA cases and maintain a high first fill rate of Orders
To look for continuous improvements in systems and logistics of Spare Parts to reduce cost of sales.
To apply for this role you should have 10-15 years overall experience with Automotive dealerships –out of which a minimum of 5 to 8 inventory controller.
Job-Specific Skills: Automotive dealer/distributor business processes and working knowledge of Inventory Management, Logistics and supply chain Management, ERP SAP skills; KPI driven customer focused operation; ability to lead change processes; provide leadership; MS Office skills.
