ROLE PURPOSE:
To take responsibility as part of store sales support team for the completion of the replenishment & tidy up process in most efficient, commercial and safe way possible before store opens.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Perform effective replenishment process in order to maximise product availability to customers
Contribute to the agreed goals of the action plan in the daily work
Ensure health, safety and security rules, ACE SOP are followed to prevent any incidents involving colleagues, customers, equipment and merchandise.
Be readily available to support colleagues in the department and other areas of the store when required.
Education: Grade 10 or Equivalent i.e. Basic Standard level Education
Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 2+ year Experience on Retail Merchandising or Sales
Job-Specific Skills: Skilled in retail merchandising process and working methods. A reasonable level of fitness and to be prepared to work in night shifts.
