JOB PURPOSE:
To support the company in achieving the monthly and annual objectives through logistics support. This role is responsible in making sure that all required logistics assignments are done efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Organising delivery of vehicles
• Checking all deliveries received are in good condition
• Assisting with logistics assignments such as car registrations, special request for guests/customers location drop off, submitting/delivering/collecting finance or sales related documents etc.
• Maintaining demonstration vehicles such as washing and fuel.
• Monitor demonstration vehicle’s mileage and conditions
• Aware of and comply with all applicable traffic rules, road safety requirements while driving.
• Ensure that vehicles are protected from any damages
• Report any incidents to their immediate Manager
Job Specification
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
1. Valid Qatar Driver’s license
2. Good English language skills
3. Arabic language skills preferred but not essential
4. Ability to deal effectively and patiently with others.
5. Has a great initiative to accomplish task on time.
6. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
