We are seeking to recruit on behalf of our client a BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST to work in their SUPPLY CHAIN DEPARTMENT on a residential long term contract married or single providing full support in analysis, specification and functional development for implementation of system improvement initiatives and projects in Materials to optimize business processes, improve applications, support end-users and improve the department’s performance in executing and fulfillingclient’s requirements for materials
Responsible for having the task to analyse alternative options, recommend solutions and continuously seek for optimum solutions to improve the materials supply chain applications
Responsible for developing, adapting and training staff in all applications in the department.
Responsible for actively carrying forward systems implementation and assist in change management in the department
Experience amp; Skills
Expert knowledge in SAP Material Management system
Detailed knowledge of Contracts and Purchasing of Goods and Services, Inventory and Supply chain management in a large organization
SAP integrated E-Procurement solution experience is essential
Experience in Spend analysis tools desirable
Must possess proven analytical and problem solving
Demonstrated strong business communication skills ( written and verbal )
Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
Minimum of 8 years related practical experience in Supply Chain environment and a minimum of 5 years SAP MM experience
SAP Materials Module experience is essential
Must possess proven analytical skills
Degree in Computer Science ,Engineering or Business Studies
