About the Job:
DOMASCO is currently looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team in Qatar. Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, your key responsibilities are as follows:
Preparing & Depositing cheques & Cash in bank on daily basis.
Receiving cash from walking customers
Attaining customer calls & emails, clarifying their queries & processing request.
Arranging & maintaining cheques in safe locker
Pulling out cheques from locker every next month arranging in date wise
Calculating rebate for final settlement/advance settlement
Posting of DHQ cheques
Bank Reconciliation & clearing chqs from reconciliation
Reconciliation of customer accounts & DHQ cheques list
Coordination with other department activates , Collection team verification of customer Overdue, Collection team redeposits, providing cheques to Police case, bank advices & to legal team original cheques, bank advices or copies to give to law firm or courts
Creating Customer account, Posting balances to IHF, PDCs to IHF division
Documents Verification of IHF files
All Vehicle releases to verify (after release)
Maintaining customer code list
All related to IHF division work
Custody of IHF files
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor in Commerce Degree or any Professional Accountancy Qualification. You will have 2-3 years’ experience in Accounts. You will high degrees of numeracy, high level of excel usage and familiarity with other MS Office products. Prior experience on ERP preferably SAP is a definite advantage!
You should have the ability to work well in a team and to communicate at middle management levels. Excellent English skills, both written and verbal are essential. Excellent with time management and with an auditing mind.
