Job Description
CRM customer’s animation
Manage and organize direct marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle on digital communication media (SMS, email, Application...)
Plan and implement (parameterization, targeting) the multi-channel marketing campaigns planned in the commercial action plan in a personalized manner (targets, object, content). Set up campaign management tools
Brief and manage the production of digital communication media for customers (newsletter, email, visual website and social networks)
Measure and analyse the results obtained on the offers and marketing campaigns (customer return, financial profitability of the operation, and customer loyalty)
Requirements
Proficiency in English Arabic is a real plus
Mastery of Excel, knowledge of online tracking and campaign management tools would be a plus
