Job Description

Our client is a global oil and gas company. We are looking for a Rewards Specialist for our client.

Job Requirements

  • Define a fair, equitable, and competitive compensation and benefits structure that fits and is aligned with the company’s strategy and business goals
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with laws and regulations amp; Company Policies
  • Use various methods and techniques and make data-driven decision-making on intrinsic amp; extrinsic rewards
  • Review and suggest improvements to the relevant policies and procedures
  • Develop the incentive/variable schemes that connect employees' performance with business performance with support from the Head of HR
  • Perform job analysis, job evaluations, and job classifications.
  • Advise on proper compensation amp; benefits packages to recruit and retain talent
  • Advise and develop proper recognition programs that align with internal culture and improve on achieving business objectives
  • Analyze, study, and document jobs and make sure they are in line with function/business/HR strategies towards achieving the lean and high-performance organization
  • Participate in market compensation surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
  • Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of the workforce that contribute the most value
  • Deploy effective Compensation Metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement communications activities designed to educate and inform employees about total rewards
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices.
  • Prepare annual budget for total rewards and manage expenditures related to benefit programs

Candidate Requirements

  • Similar HR experience and similar experience in this position preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Industrial Engineering. MBA is preferred
  • Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification and/or CIPD 5
  • Excellent Excel and database management skills, power BI is preferred
  • Experience in Korn Ferry/Hay, Mercer, and other job evaluation methodologies
  • Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in ERP Systems, preferably SAP Success Factors
