- Preparation of monthly invoices
- Follow up of invoices
- Change Management and variation orders
- Drafting, finalization and negotiation of Claims including but not limited to Extension of Time Claims etc.
Job Specification
- Demonstrable Claims preparation and negotiation experience
- Should be able to manage a team of 10 Q.S, 02 Contracts Engineers and 04 Planning Engineers
- Experience as Contracts Manager with a Construction Company
- Gulf experience shall be given preference.
- Minimum of 03 years of experience in the similar role.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English
- Should be able to work under pressure and in complex situations.
