A leading Cable Manufacturing Company in Qatar is hiring for a
*Position: Marketing Coordinator*
*Job Responsibilities*
- Collaborate with the marketing team on projects by helping collect, compile documents and create reports by collecting, summarizing and analysing data.
- Prepare correspondence, emails, memos, reports, PowerPoint presentations, and other documents in a professional manner.
- Support the maintenance and development of marketing tools including CRM.
- Social Media management: Manages content creation on our various social media channels, engage with customers and answer questions
- Digital marketing:
- Order, monitor, manage inventory, and distribute marketing promotional items
- Organizing tradeshow and event day support material (creating signage, organizing booths, arranging marketing collateral, supporting Marketing team in booking events, etc.)
- Knows how to deal with cloud-based Microsoft programs (OneDrive, Share drive, Microsoft Teams)
- Supports Marketing department invoices processing
- Monitoring and updating calendars
Requirements
*Bilingual candidates (Arabic amp; English) are preferred for the Position.*
*Experience: 2-4 years in the same field*
*Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or relevant Diploma*
*Technical skills*
- Help the team in creating promotional/marketing materials
- Having the required skills for utilizing the features of social media Ads.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, Creative, Team player, Detail-oriented, multi-tasking
