We are looking for a high-performing service Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting Service sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
- Coordinates to all salesman regarding their site visits, inspection areas, proposed materials. Etc.
- Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
- Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to pre-set standards and industry and economic trends.
- Monitors competitor products and services, sales and marketing activities.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Directs staffing ,training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales.
- Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product. and services
- Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Reviews and analyses sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
- Coordinates to all precast Factories to promote the product and services
- Site visits to check and advice product to be used on proposed areas
Requirements
- BSc Mechanical Engineer qualification Required.
- More than 3 Years experience required in the field of Service Sales .
- Successful previous experience as a Service sales representative or Service sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Technical knowledge to guide the subordinates
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
