Our client is a global oil and gas company. We are looking for a QHSE Manager for our client.

Job Requirements

• Plan, organize, direct, and control all activities related to the Quality, Health, and Safety Management System
• Responsible as a Management Representative for ISO:9001, API Q1, ISO:14001 amp; OHSAS 18001
• Liaise with Quality Management and Standard bodies (i.e., API Monogram Program Certifications, Third Party Inspection/Certification Agencies, HSE, etc.)
• Develop, implement, and improve QHSE management systems, processes, and procedures to support business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, API Q1 amp; ISO/TS29001
• Plan and ensure the effectiveness of internal and external quality audits
• Evaluate, analyze quality issues, and implement systems to identify, track, report, and reduce or eliminate non-conformities
• Actively participate at all levels, from strategy to implementation as well as actively influence and motivate a variety of people to ensure commitment to the overall QHSE systems
• Handle customer complaints
• Communicate with Management and Staff to ensure continued QHSE integration into core operations
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all Quality, Health, and Safety Environment legislation
• Prepare, monitor, and control the department's yearly budget and allocate resources within the department to execute assigned tasks effectively
• Liaise with customers and suppliers where necessary on issues of Quality and Quality Management System
• Participate in various meetings, training, and updating documents and records for all aspects of the Quality, Health amp; Safety Environment Management Systems
• Conduct Hazard, Risk Assessment, and Aspect amp; Impact assessment to implement operational controls

Candidate Requirements

• Similar experience in the wellhead amp; valves manufacturing industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred
• Expertise in API 6A amp; API 6D
• Experience in GCC is preferred
• Bilingual candidates are preferred
• NDE Certification SNT-TC-1A Level 2
• Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor Certification
• Familiar with 16A, 16C, 5CT, API 7-1, API 7-2, API 5B
• Strong leadership amp; interpersonal skills
• Experience in ERP Systems
